Tridene Solutions provide a complete support package, managed by experienced IT Professionals. You will always speak directly to a member of staff who will be able to either help you remotely or book an on-site visit. 

We offer a fixed price support solution, where for a monthly fee, all your support needs are taken care of and are included in the price. Alternatively, we can offer your business a "pay as you go" service where an hourly charge is made. For organisations that have specific requirements we can create a bespoke support package. 

Our support not only extends to supporting your IT infrastructure, we will manage your IT service providers (web hosting, ADSL supplier etc, PC/Server warranty repairs) on your behalf in order to give you a single point of contact for your support needs.

All our engineers are accredited by the various vendors we deal with. With many years experience, we can provide many support services from basic repairs and upgrades to complete network/server replacement. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
     


What is an IT Support Contract?

A Support Contract allows Tridene Solutions to manage, maintain and repair your IT systems for a fixed monthly fee.

Why have an IT Support Contract?

A Support Contract with us is all-inclusive, you will be entitled to as much support as your business requires. Because the fees are fixed, you can budget for IT support more effectively.

How do we provide support?

We log a call on our support centre system, and then provide help by telephone, remotely using specialist support tools and by on-site visits where necessary.

What hardware is covered?

Our contracts cover most devices. These include servers, PC's, laptops and blackberry devices.

 
    What hardware is not covered?

Printers, Photocopiers and Fax Machines. We will install these devices, but we don't repair the hardware.

What software is covered?

All versions of Windows from Windows XP up to Windows 7 on the desktops, Windows Server 2003 up to Windows Server 2008. Exchange Server 2000-2010, SQL Server, Microsoft Office 2003-2010, AVG Antivirus, McAfee Antivirus, Internet Explorer and many more.


What services are covered?

All support work on hardware and software listed in the contract. 

New work is chargeable, and unsupported equipment and software will be included on a best-efforts basis.

What is the length of the contract?

We will not tie you in to a lengthy contract, we rely on the strength of our service to retain our clients. As such, our contracts run on a 30-day rolling basis.
