You will always speak directly to a member of staff who will be able to either help you remotely or book an on-site visit. We offer a fixed price support solution, where for a monthly fee, all your support needs are taken care of and are included in the price. Alternatively, we can offer your business a "pay as you go" service where an hourly charge is made. For organisations that have specific requirements we can create a bespoke support package. Our support not only extends to supporting your IT infrastructure, we will manage your IT service providers (web hosting, ADSL supplier etc, PC/Server warranty repairs) on your behalf in order to give you a single point of contact for your support needs. All our engineers are accredited by the various vendors we deal with. With many years experience, we can provide many support services from basic repairs and upgrades to complete network/server replacement. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. |
